Cancel Order 

You may cancel your order from the My Account section before it is processed. If already processed but not shipped, contact us at +971543442148. Orders that have been shipped can only be returned—see the Return section below. 

Return 

Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase for items that are unused, unopened, and in original packaging. As per UAE law, used or opened skincare products cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Process for Returning Orders 

Once we receive your return, our warehouse team will inspect the item. If approved, a refund will be issued to your bank account within 7 to 10 working days.  

Refund 

Refunds apply only to items in 100% original condition. Return shipping is free—we cover the delivery cost for eligible returns. 

Exchange 

Exchanges are available within 7 days of purchase for items that are sealed, unused, and in their original packaging. Please contact our support team to request an exchange.
