Shipping & Delivery Policy

Every Muna Belleza order ships from within the UAE, and delivery is free once your basket reaches AED 79. Here is exactly what delivery costs, how long it takes to reach each emirate, and what to do if something goes wrong on the way.

What delivery costs

• Orders of AED 79 or more: free delivery.
• Orders under AED 79: a flat delivery fee of AED 15.

The fee is worked out automatically at checkout, so you will always see the final total before you pay. There are no extra charges at the door.

Close to the free-delivery line? A single sheet mask or a cleanser is often enough to cross it, and both are things most routines run out of anyway.

How long delivery takes

Dubai

Orders to Dubai addresses are usually delivered within 1 to 2 working days.

All other emirates

Orders to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Al Ain, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain are usually delivered within 1 to 3 working days.

These are the normal timeframes, not a guarantee. Public holidays such as Eid, very high order volumes, severe weather or an incomplete address can add a day or two. If that happens, we will tell you rather than leave you guessing.

Tracking your order

When your parcel is handed to the courier, we send a tracking number to the email address you used at checkout. If you created an account, you can also see your order status under My account.

The courier may call the phone number on your order to confirm the drop-off, so please make sure it is one you answer. Adding a building name, flat number and a nearby landmark helps a lot, especially in newer communities where maps are not always up to date.

Where we deliver

We deliver to every emirate in the UAE. We do not ship internationally at the moment.

If your parcel arrives damaged or incorrect

Check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, leaking or not what you ordered, contact us within 12 hours of delivery with your order number and a clear photo or short video. Once we have checked it, we will send a replacement or refund you in full. The details are in our Return & Refund Policy.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free on any order of AED 79 or more. Below that, a flat AED 15 delivery fee is added at checkout, wherever you are in the UAE.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders to Dubai usually arrive within 1 to 2 working days. Orders to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Al Ain, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain usually arrive within 1 to 3 working days.

How do I track my parcel?

As soon as your order leaves us, we email you a tracking number. If it has not arrived, check your spam or promotions folder, or send us your order number on WhatsApp and we will look it up.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Yes, as long as the order has not been shipped yet. Message us straight away with your order number and the new address.

Do you deliver outside the UAE?

Not at the moment. We deliver to all seven emirates only.
