Muna Belleza is a small, growing skincare business in Dubai. We sell a focused range of Korean skincare online across the UAE, and we care about explaining products honestly. If that sounds like work you would enjoy, we would like to hear from you.

What it is like to work with us

Being a small team means your work is seen and it matters. You will not be one of hundreds. Here is what you can expect:

  • a real part in building a UAE skincare brand, not a narrow role in a big machine
  • hands-on experience across e-commerce, content, social media and customer care
  • a team that values clear communication, initiative and doing things properly
  • flexible or remote working for some roles, depending on what the job needs

We also hold ourselves to a simple standard in everything we publish: accurate information, no invented claims and real help for the customer first. We look for people who agree with that.

Areas we hire for

We do not always have an open vacancy, but we are happy to receive applications in these areas:

  • digital and performance marketing
  • content writing and copywriting, especially skincare
  • graphic design and creative production
  • social media management
  • influencer and affiliate partnerships
  • e-commerce operations and order fulfilment
  • customer support on WhatsApp, phone and email

A tip that helps: spend ten minutes on our website first, for example on a product page or our skincare guide, and tell us one thing you would improve. It shows us how you think far better than a generic cover letter.

What happens next

  • We read every application ourselves.
  • If your experience matches a current or upcoming role, we will contact you to arrange a conversation.
  • Because we are a small team, we cannot reply to every application individually. If you have not heard from us within a few weeks, there is no suitable role right now, and we may keep your CV on file for future openings unless you ask us not to.
