Muna Belleza sells cosmetic skincare, and we write a lot about skin on this website. This page explains the limits of that information and of our products, so you can use both safely and with the right expectations.
Cosmetic products, not medicines
Every product sold by Muna Belleza FZ-LLC is a cosmetic, made to care for the look and feel of your skin. None of our products is a medicine. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or skin condition, and they are not prescribed products.
When we describe what a product does, we mean its cosmetic effect, such as skin looking brighter, feeling more hydrated or appearing more even. How much difference you see depends on your skin type, your routine, how consistently you use the product and factors such as sun exposure.
Our advice is general, not medical
Our product pages, skincare guides and the answers we give on WhatsApp or by email are general information to help you choose and use skincare. They are not a substitute for advice from a doctor, dermatologist or pharmacist who can see your skin in person.
We do not have a dermatologist on our team, and we do not describe our products as dermatologist recommended. Please see a qualified professional if you have:
- severe, painful or persistent acne
- a rash, swelling or reaction that does not settle
- a mole or mark that changes in size, shape or colour
- a diagnosed skin condition such as eczema, rosacea or psoriasis
- questions about using skincare during pregnancy or while breastfeeding
Allergies and sensitive skin
Any product can irritate someone, even one made with gentle ingredients. The full ingredient list for each product is on its product page. Please check it for anything you are allergic to, and patch test every new product before using it on your face:
- Apply a small amount behind your ear or on your inner arm.
- Repeat once a day for a few days.
- If you notice redness, itching, burning or swelling, stop and do not use it on your face.
Muna Belleza cannot be responsible for reactions caused by an individual allergy or sensitivity to a listed ingredient. If you have sensitive skin, our sensitive skin page shows the gentler options in our range.
Product details can change
We keep product information as accurate as we can. Manufacturers sometimes update a formula or packaging, and product photos are for illustration. Always read the label on the product you receive, as it is the most up to date source for ingredients and directions.
Limitation of liability
As far as UAE law allows, Muna Belleza is not responsible for loss or harm resulting from using a product other than as directed, ignoring the label or patch test advice, or relying on general website content instead of professional advice. Where we are liable, our liability is limited to the price paid for the product. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
